| HOW CAN I HELP ? |
I offer advice, information and assistance in most aspects of
Consumer Law and help in pursuing claims through the Small Claims Division of the County Court. I enjoy the support of a network of expert witnesses, consulting engineers and solicitors to assist with your case.

| When tempers fray and frustration sets in,the help and weight of a third party often effectively resolves disputes at an early stage thus minimising litigation costs. My aim is to settle out of court wherever possible. | ||||

EXAMPLE 1 |
Mr "X" advertised his car for sale in the local press .The advert said "VGC". The car had a major defect unbeknown to Mr "X".The buyer sued for misrepresentation in the sum of £1500.00. On advice Mr "X" used my services and mitigated his losses to £200.00. Cost £120.00 |

| EXAMPLE 2 |
Miss "Y" part exchanged a car at a
garage. The garage undertook to discharge the outstanding finance on her car but then went
bankrupt. The finance company sued Miss "Y" for £5000.00. On advice Miss "Y" successfully defended her case. She was not liable for the outstanding finance. Cost £75.00 |

| EXAMPLE 3 |
A self employed builder built an extension
and patio for a customer to the value of £10,000.00. The customer failed to pay an
outstanding amount of £2,900.00 and alleged faulty workmanship. On advice the builder
sued and received payment in full plus 12 months interest. Cost £220.00. |
